Change banks, pay cycles, etc. The support at on pay has been fabulous! Also loving the ability to scan in employee documents. I'm just discovering the reports. My parents are older, and we have hired two care-givers to ensure their daily needs are well-supported. Ensuring they are paid legally, with all appropriate taxes paid out means that we need payroll help. I set up the entity and OnPay helps me do the rest. Not too expensive, just enough help & support, and very reliable. They have come through when preparing tax reports and filing quarterly'ies with both Federal and State.

Migrating was relatively simple and OnPay staff were super helpful (plus, US-based) when I had questions. Running each payroll cycle is faster than our old service, plus OnPay made it easier for me to file my payroll taxes. I'm really pleased with OnPay overall - great service, friendly people.

OnPay is easy to use for weekly payroll, and their handling of tax forms and integration with QuickBooks simplifies my life greatly. On rare occasions when I've needed help, responses have been prompt and accurate.

OnPay uploads general ledger entries to… OnPay uploads general ledger entries to quickbooks, our 401-K and easily allows employees to make their own changes and to view their payroll history. It notifies them when the direct deposit has been done. So far, the support has been great. There is a 2 day in advance scheduling for closing the payroll date and I would prefer a 1 day, but all in all this is an excellent product.
