OnPay has been a great payroll service… OnPay has been a great payroll service for us. They are dependable and the website interface is easily navigated. Their customer service is wonderful as well, for the very few times I have actually had to use it. A far cry from our previous payroll service. I am so glad we made the switch.

Been using it now for two years and it has been absolutely dead easy from the start and I have no training in bookkeeping, accounting, QuickBooks, etc. The interface is very intuitive. I handle all our employee payroll needs each week in about 5 minutes. Pay goes out via direct deposit. OnPay automatically takes care of all the details. And anytime I've called tech support they were extremely friendly, knowlegable, and able to answer any questions and solve the problem. I give them an A+.

Their customer support has been easy to access and very helpful when we needed it, and it is a relief to know all our taxes and fees are being paid properly to the fed and state government so we don't have to try and figure out all those details. Tough Transition: Then Smooth Sailing The transition was tougher than I expected. There were some some things we did with our former provider that Onpay's system would not support. Once those changes were made, smooth sailing. I especially appreciate the quick availability of your service team... no waiting for hours get a question answered.
