affordable, functional, and available to help Onpay is very affordable for our nonprofit with one paycheck. Their customer support has been easy to access and very helpful when we needed it, and it is a relief to know all our taxes and fees are being paid properly to the fed and state government so we don't have to try and figure out all those details. We have been using it for 3 months now and are very satisfied.

Not worth the savings I previously wrote a glowing review for OnPay but after using them for a couple of years now I have to say, my rating has definitely changed. For some reason they did not process our unemployment reports. I brought this to their attention and now nearly 3 months later they have not fixed it. Have tried for a week to speak with a manager and that hasn't happened also.

In addition, they've worked quickly to inform us of benefits options as we not only transition payroll and associated needs, but also with taking better care of our people. Migrating was relatively simple and OnPay staff were super helpful (plus, US-based) when I had questions. Running each payroll cycle is faster than our old service, plus OnPay made it easier for me to file my payroll taxes. I'm really pleased with OnPay overall - great service, friendly people.

Their customer service is wonderful as well, for the very few times I have actually had to use it. A far cry from our previous payroll service. I am so glad we made the switch.
