The most straightforward and user-friendly small business payroll/benefits platform we have used and we have worked with a few of them: (ADP, AmCheck, Paychex, QuickBooks, Wells Fargo, etc.). The helpdesk is timely and efficient and available by chat or phone.

GBaffordable, functional, and available to help Onpay is very affordable for our nonprofit with one paycheck. Their customer support has been easy to access and very helpful when we needed it, and it is a relief to know all our taxes and fees are being paid properly to the fed and state government so we don't have to try and figure out all those details. We have been using it for 3 months now and are very satisfied.

In addition, they've worked quickly to inform us of benefits options as we not only transition payroll and associated needs, but also with taking better care of our people. GBTough Transition: Then Smooth Sailing The transition was tougher than I expected. There were some some things we did with our former provider that Onpay's system would not support. Once those changes were made, smooth sailing. I especially appreciate the quick availability of your service team... no waiting for hours get a question answered.
