Change banks, pay cycles, etc. The support at on pay has been fabulous! Also loving the ability to scan in employee documents. I'm just discovering the reports. Not too expensive, just enough help & support, and very reliable. They have come through when preparing tax reports and filing quarterly'ies with both Federal and State.
