Worst Customer service ive ever had to… Worst Customer service ive ever had to deal with. Airline refunded my ticket and it had got sent to flighysbird since I booked through them and its been 2 weeks and they still havent even processed my refund. Every representative is rude and not helpful. They havent sent a confirmation email or even called me back like they said they would. Started out so skeptical of using… Started out so skeptical of using flights bird because of a couple of reviews I saw so instead of using the online site, I called the customer service number. SO happy that I did. John Parker did an AMAZING job with booking my flights to LAX while saving me a couple of hundreds of dollars. I definitely will be using again.
