GBVery good experience initially, but delay in receiving tickets Very good experience. Great pricing, fast and polite customer service. Thanks to Antonio! Updated: Eleven days after agreeing to purchase, I still don't have my e-tickets. I understand delays can happen, but CS has definitely declined as the problem has progressed. John Parker is trying to help, but others have not been so responsive. I will update again when/if I get the tickets. Further updated: I finally got my airline confirmation number 15 days after I made the reservation. Both Antonio and John helped me get it settled in the end. The price really was unbeatable, but the process in getting the tickets needed some improvement. Be prepared to be persistent in follow up if you don't get your tickets right away.

GBI'm writing this review after using Flightsbird I'm writing this review after I returned from my flight using Flightsbird. Great service! Tickets were super expensive in high season so I scrambled and found this site. I chatted with Brock and he gave me a discounted rate lower than anywhere else! I was able to board and come back no issue. I'm extremely satisfied. The only thing is their live prices do not work, so it's better if you chat with them directly via the chat on the website or by phone to get the best and accurate price. Highly recommended!

GBBrock was very helpful in getting our… Brock was very helpful in getting our flights secured. We were trying to book through the app but it kept failing so we contacted Flightsbird through the chat. We were lucky enough to get Brock who not only helped us secure our flight but he found us a direct flight for just a few bucks more. Brock was very helpful and professional. We will use Flightsbird again in the future.

GBWorst Customer service ive ever had to… Worst Customer service ive ever had to deal with. Airline refunded my ticket and it had got sent to flighysbird since I booked through them and its been 2 weeks and they still havent even processed my refund. Every representative is rude and not helpful. They havent sent a confirmation email or even called me back like they said they would.
