GBGreat customer service My itinerary has been changed twice due to the airline, and neither change was acceptable for my travel plans. The first time was just before Christmas amidst extreme weather across the country. The second time was due to grounding of Boeing jets, so customer service at Flightsbird was crazy busy, I'm sure. Both times I was super upset and Flightsbird worked with me on a solution. This last time (1 week before departure and during local school Spring Break--so few flights), I worked with Antonio and he was terrific: calm, helpful, professional. I doubt I would fly American again but I highly recommend the customer service at Flightsbird--thanks, Antonio and everyone.

GBThe agent was very good , company policy can do minor changes The agent was very pacient and had the best intention to help her name was Myra The company had a policy to veryfi your identity with pictures of your card and ID which made me feel a bit uncomfortable With smaller changes on the company policy and the great agent that helped it would have been the perfect experience Still at the end I was happy with the results because of the great help from Myra

GBStellar Service by Tom Lincon! I received a cancelation email and called back immediately to see what was going on. I was quite frustrated and flustered when first calling. Tom Lincon answered and was EXTREMELY patient and kind. He talked me through there entire process (twice) and remained pleasant and helpful the entire time. He even stayed on the phone with me until the end to ensure I had an easy experience. The best part. I paid the same amount and got a direct flight! Great service!!

GBStarted out so skeptical of using… Started out so skeptical of using flights bird because of a couple of reviews I saw so instead of using the online site, I called the customer service number. SO happy that I did. John Parker did an AMAZING job with booking my flights to LAX while saving me a couple of hundreds of dollars. I definitely will be using again. For those of you who are skeptical about them not having current prices up, call to book! John P - you the man! I'll call him directly next time!

GBWorst Customer service ive ever had to… Worst Customer service ive ever had to deal with. Airline refunded my ticket and it had got sent to flighysbird since I booked through them and its been 2 weeks and they still havent even processed my refund. Every representative is rude and not helpful. They havent sent a confirmation email or even called me back like they said they would.
