She apologized for the inconvenience in working with the airlines for denying the fares and stating they no longer had a seat available. She also gave me a credit for a future reservation due to the trouble we had in booking this flight.

GBStellar Service by Tom Lincon! I received a cancelation email and called back immediately to see what was going on. I was quite frustrated and flustered when first calling. Tom Lincon answered and was EXTREMELY patient and kind. He talked me through there entire process (twice) and remained pleasant and helpful the entire time. He even stayed on the phone with me until the end to ensure I had an easy experience. The best part. I paid the same amount and got a direct flight! Great service!!

This got a bit complicated, and he was able to get them the same flights and price, and was there to help us make sure everything was ticketed properly. GBwebsite was not working called customer… website was not working called customer service and spoke with Tom Lincoln who was amazing, patient, communicated perfectly and clear to point. Dealing with people like Tom is the best. I would certainly say he is an asset to your company.
