Sam and Out of Office exceeded my every expectation I recently worked with Sam at Out of Office for a trip to Vietnam. She, and Out of Office, did an outstanding job of organizing and arranging the trip. The guides were all excellent and everything went like a well-oiled machine. Even when my flights were delayed, the guides patiently waited and were always there when expected. As a bonus, all the hotels selected by Sam were perfect. My favorite is still the Meritel Hanoi, where the staff went out of their way to always be there to help. Finally, but not least, I appreciate Sam's flexibility in structuring a trip that balanced my desire to have independent discovery time with more structured activities and events. This is the first time I have used a travel agent, and Out of Office exceeded all my expectations. Thank you.

Top-notch service with all the applications, tools, easy access to resorts, flights....why get involved with a travel agency? The services that we had abroad, was perfect. Everything was arranged. Spending the money was well spent. It would have taken me a lot of time in research, time that I do not have. Then disaster struck. I tested positive the day of my flight to Mexico. The brilliant paperwork prepared by Maria, the emergency service available at Out-Of-Office, more than compensated for the troubles incurred. My travelling companions had no troubles. Everything was covered. I was able to join them once I tested negative. Again, submitting the paperwork to the travel insurance will be a breeze. This company is top-notch.

Reliable, Knowledgeable, and just down right awesome My partner and I wanted to plan a honeymoon where we wouldn't have to worry about being confused as "roommates" or booking a place that wouldn't be welcoming towards us. Jaike made us feel so comfortable from the very beginning and paid attention to every detail we were looking for. He even helped us reschedule everything we had to shift our dates. A perfect break. Jaike organised us an absolutely fantastic holiday in the Maldives. We were looking for a complete break with everything catered and nothing for us to worry about. Extraordinary Honeymoon My new wife and I planned our honeymoon with Shaye and the experience could not have been better!
