We had a tight budget and timeline for booking and she was able to get us some incredible hotels, experiences, and flights. The whole team at OOO was so kind, accommodating, and helped ease the stress of traveling while queer + trans. Maria & team answered all of our questions and made our European honeymoon amazing. Sam and Out of Office exceeded my every expectation I recently worked with Sam at Out of Office for a trip to Vietnam. She, and Out of Office, did an outstanding job of organizing and arranging the trip. The guides were all excellent and everything went like a well-oiled machine. Even when my flights were delayed, the guides patiently waited and were always there when expected. As a bonus, all the hotels selected by Sam were perfect. My favorite is still the Meritel Hanoi, where the staff went out of their way to always be there to help. Finally, but not least, I appreciate Sam's flexibility in structuring a trip that balanced my desire to have independent discovery time with more structured activities and events. This is the first time I have used a travel agent, and Out of Office exceeded all my expectations. Thank you.

Highly Recommend! Working with Out of Office was incredible! The website provided a lot of great inspiration and travel information. Jaike was extremely knowledgeable about all our areas of interest and made great suggestions for where to go, what to do, etc. We ultimately settled on Thailand for our honeymoon. The itinerary he coordinated was perfect and our accommodations were amazing. Even while we were in country, we had direct access to Out of Office staff including Jaike who responded promptly to any e-mail questions we had. It was an incredible experience and we have already started planning our next trip with Out of Office!

The tour guides and car services were exceptional. We encountered a major snowstorm which could have upset our holiday plans, but Shaye was there to find the best solution.
