Top-notch service with all the applications, tools, easy access to resorts, flights....why get involved with a travel agency? The services that we had abroad, was perfect. Everything was arranged. Spending the money was well spent. It would have taken me a lot of time in research, time that I do not have. Then disaster struck. I tested positive the day of my flight to Mexico. The brilliant paperwork prepared by Maria, the emergency service available at Out-Of-Office, more than compensated for the troubles incurred. My travelling companions had no troubles. Everything was covered. I was able to join them once I tested negative. Again, submitting the paperwork to the travel insurance will be a breeze. This company is top-notch.

Matt at Out of Office aka the best travel guide Matt at Out of Office helped my husband and I plan an amazing 2 week trip to Thailand & Cambodia - full of highlights including museums/temples, food tours, elephant sanctuary, beaches and Angkor Wat all in luxurious accommodations. He was so kind and knowledgeable to work with that we decided to use him again to help us plan a trip with my parents included this time to Scotland & Ireland in September. He’s knocking it out of the park yet again for us.

All the small things. Maria was terrific making suggestions of locations we didn't even consider. She took our inputs and designed a vacation that will have some adventure in addition to some much needed relaxation. The experience thus far has been top notch!

Outstanding listening skills and great trip! We booked a 2+ week trip through Singapore, Thailand, and Laos with Maria who did an outstanding job. She listened to our goals and developed an itinerary that met our rather specific expectations. The whole trip was a delight and we look forward to working with her on numerous trips in the future. We could tell that she was really trying to listen to our needs and not just plug us into a formula and the whole trip felt very customized.

Incredible Trip to India Jaike put together an amazing trip to India for me and my husband. We were not sure what to expect travelling to India, but the trip definitely exceeded our expectations. India can be rather chaotic, but the entire trip ran smoothly. We had a private driver and private tour guides in each city we visited, and everything was taken care of. The guides were extremely knowledgeable and provided in-depth explanations for everything we saw. And the hotels we stayed in were amazing. We fell in love with India and plan to return in the near future and will definitely have Jaike plan our return visit.
