GBThe experience could not have been… The experience could not have been better. Great accomodations, food and staff. The various expeditions planned for us often took us on the road less travelled so we avoided crowds and felt like we were seeing the authentic Iceland and Greenland. And when it came to the staff.... both those provided by the ship, those chosen by Zegraham and our Iceland guide and bus drivers were excellent. I think, though, that the main reason I choose Zegram is for the abilities of your people to assure us of a smooth and interesting trip and make us feel like treasured friends. And make us laugh. From the Cruise Director and Expedition Leader through expert lecturers and Zodiac drivers ..... all were knowledgeable, talented, friendly and fun.

IEOf course a bloke was not prepared for… Of course a bloke was not prepared for the experiences in Antarctica aboard the Zegrahm Antarctica 2018 Expedition . You just cannot be . Nor for the extraordinary team Zegrahm put together to look after and inform and ensure ever need of every passenger is met . Their intelligence, passion and everyday kindness was a credit to Zegrahm.

GBWonderful expeditions Wonderful expeditions. Just took our 8th trip. The staff of experts is superb. On all cruises there are multiple experts who are not only lecturers but participants. They are available and interactive 24/7. They not only inform but inspire. The trips are fun! The atmosphere is casual and the adventure is always first. The itineraries are never mundane. Ships comfortable and without being over the top. Cannot say enough about this great company.

GBA smaller company with big service ~~~ A seemingly small company which means personable service --- they know your nsne & circumstances when you call. My parents were booked for a cruise on a huge line several years ago. My father passed away and the cruise company gave us hell for wanting to change the reservation into my sister's name. With Zegrahm, I asked if we could change a member of our group right before departing; I was told yes. That's a benefit of dealing with a smaller company.
