Wonderful expeditions Wonderful expeditions. Just took our 8th trip. The staff of experts is superb. On all cruises there are multiple experts who are not only lecturers but participants. They are available and interactive 24/7. They not only inform but inspire. The trips are fun! The atmosphere is casual and the adventure is always first. The itineraries are never mundane. Ships comfortable and without being over the top. Cannot say enough about this great company.

Unexplored Australia An excellent itinerary, right up with the best we have experienced with Zegrahms in our many travels with them. They showed us an unique part of our own country in a pleasant and informative way which was better than we could have done by ourselves.

A smaller company with big service ~~~ A seemingly small company which means personable service --- they know your nsne & circumstances when you call. My parents were booked for a cruise on a huge line several years ago. My father passed away and the cruise company gave us hell for wanting to change the reservation into my sister's name. With Zegrahm, I asked if we could change a member of our group right before departing; I was told yes. That's a benefit of dealing with a smaller company.

Trips used to be better Trips used to be better - too many travelers who have done many trips with company - they get special treatment (private fishing w/zodiac and crew, invites to the staff dinner table, etc.), newbies are discounted or ignored. It is very 'clubby'. New staff are girlfriends of existing staff (PDA, lost sunglasses/earrings drama; one girlfriend was excellent, the other was marginal), existing staff 'forget' sunscreen and get burned/complained. Staff has become 'clubby' as well. Too bad, used to be a great experience, now it's way too much money for a marginal experience with the 'in crowd'. Felt like it was high school all over again with a gigantic price tag. Also the souvenir 'coffee table' book is now just a coffee table pamphlet....cheap.

Bay of Bengal on the Silver Discoverer We had a great time on the Bay of Bengal cruise. Great Expedition Leaders all round. Amazing experience. Thanks Mike,Lynn,Jack,Shirley,Brad,Steve,Brent,Rich for all the fun and amazing workshops. Extremely educational and thoughtful. Great memories!!!
