Good company Helped me with air, reservations, one cancellation all done with knowledge and speed. No nonsense, terminable hold etc. Costs are high, but service is worth it. I have travelled with them before.

Wonderful experience from start to… Wonderful experience from start to finish. We love the planning that goes into the design of each and every trip, always with the guest in mind. Love the fact that the expedition ships are as small as they are because we would never go on a larger ship.

Trips used to be better Trips used to be better - too many travelers who have done many trips with company - they get special treatment (private fishing w/zodiac and crew, invites to the staff dinner table, etc.), newbies are discounted or ignored. It is very 'clubby'. New staff are girlfriends of existing staff (PDA, lost sunglasses/earrings drama; one girlfriend was excellent, the other was marginal), existing staff 'forget' sunscreen and get burned/complained. Staff has become 'clubby' as well. Too bad, used to be a great experience, now it's way too much money for a marginal experience with the 'in crowd'. Felt like it was high school all over again with a gigantic price tag. Also the souvenir 'coffee table' book is now just a coffee table pamphlet....cheap.

Namibia, Botswana and Zambia 2018 The three country safari was wonderful. We stayed at excellent camps. The staff, food, vehicles and guides were all of the highest quality. Lex Hes is an outstanding leader. I liked that he is slow paced in the animal viewing allowing us to observe the animals for long periods instead of rushing off. He is also very generous with his photographic information. My photographic highlight is Lex teaching me how to photograph the Milky Way at Sossusvlei, the results were amazing!

Bay of Bengal on the Silver Discoverer We had a great time on the Bay of Bengal cruise. Great Expedition Leaders all round. Amazing experience. Thanks Mike,Lynn,Jack,Shirley,Brad,Steve,Brent,Rich for all the fun and amazing workshops. Extremely educational and thoughtful. Great memories!!!
