A first class travel company International Expeditions (IE) is one of two companies that I consider to be well above the rest. I have made several trips with IE and they go first class on everything. Every detail is taken care of by both the administrative personnel and the guide staff on the trip. I highly recommend IE to anyone looking for a first class travel company where all you have to do is sit back and enjoy your trip without any worries.

IE Amazon River trip was wonderful IE Amazon River trip was wonderful! Amazing Staff and breathtaking nature. The Naturalists were great they really seemed to enjoy spending time with us and they were great at pointing out nature and illustrating with personal anecdotes and stories. I am not one to count how many birds I see but their enthusiasm spilled over and I became a birder! Love the monkeys, sloths and pink dolphins we saw frequently! The staff on board was kind and and attentive the concerts at night were a highlight. I loved the passion and graciousness of all the staff.

These folks know how to do it right These folks know how to do it right. Everything was beyond our expectations. The transportation was clean and on time, the drivers knowledgable, the guides were personable, helpful and with expert skills (with rafting, rappelling, hiking and horseback riding). Food they prepared was tasty and interesting. The other dining was exceptional-tasty, well presented-all good choices. I could not recommend them more highly.

Exceptional Experience! When my daughter graduated from High School we decided to take an adventurous trip trip to Peru with International Expeditions. The trip was exceptional from every perspective. The educated guide, exquisite hotels, great food, unexpected experiences and a dynamic itinerary made for a memorable experience beyond expectations.

Guides made the difference Peru amazon, ship and accomodations were better than I expected. Meals and food were great. Multiple daily excursions to see wildlife were the highpoint of the trip. The guides really knew what they were doing and seemed as excited about seeing and finding Amazon wildlife as we were. Village visits and the cultural education our guides imparted gave me the sense of life and living in this region.
