Friendly and very welcoming from the moment we walk through the door!!! Wow what a hotel!! We had a fabulous time staying here. Staff made us feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble and always went the extra mile. Shuttle bus is a bonus and runs every half hour. Will be staying here again next year! Thank you for a lovely stay. Simon and Jane from the Uk!

The Ravel is an easy commute and a great NY bargain. We were not sure staying in Long Island City across from Manhattan would work out. It works just fine! The Ravel shuttle can whisk you to subway stations and in a few short minutes, you're enjoying New York. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful and accomodating. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
