GBThumbs up ! I have to say this hotel is outstanding. Great customer service , the view is beautiful. They have a nice quiet area to sit as well. Proposed to my girlfriend while seeing the beautiful view. House keeping were great and nice. Front desks and managers made sure all was correct. Will definitely visit again.

GBFriendly and very welcoming from the moment we walk through the door!!! Wow what a hotel!! We had a fabulous time staying here. Staff made us feel very welcome. Nothing was to much trouble and always went the extra mile. Shuttle bus is a bonus and runs every half hour. Will be staying here again next year! Thank you for a lovely stay. GBLoved my time at the Ravel The Ravel is located in an industrial area, but don't let that deter you from staying there. The view of the city is beautiful at night. The front desk is generous and most important, the rooms are gorgeous and clean. I would recommend this to anyone in search of a hotel.

GBOne of the best views of the city and one of the best ambiances Ravel is definitely a great place to stay if you're visiting NYC or if you want hang out in a trendy hotel for a couple nights. The rooftop has one of the best views of NYC hand down and the have a great ambiance and plenty of space so you don't bump into people every time you move like in other rooftops. The music is good and the food is good. What else could you ask for. The manager at the front desk is very helpful and knows his stuff.
