Julie was very helpful. We got a great deal for a room right next to lift 7 in Telluride. Sounds almost too good to be true. But Julie said she wouldn't book us into a place that wasn't satisfactory. We are looking forward to our stay in Telluride. The only thing that worries me is that the company wouldn't provide insurance if we were delayed by a storm as our total didn't meet their standard. This is not satisfactory.

Womderful service thanks to Julie Waters!! I am so appreciative to Vacation Roost and Breckenridge Destinations for making all my travel plans, but especially Julie Waters. Long story short, my entire family got sick, and one had a wreck, one could not go at the last minute and we had to change the trip. Julie bent over backwards to help us during the process. Also helped us with lift tickets in advance and made it all go so smoothly. I highly recommend this company and this agent to everyone looking for a ski vacation. Thank you Julie and I will call you definitely for our next vacation out west.

Great Deals Found! We booked through Vacation Roost last year and our accomodations were fabulous. Chrissie was very helpful and the condo we got was the nicest we've ever rented and definitely not the most expensive, she got us a great deal. Also, they don't bombard you with email and marketing info, and give personal service! We booked with them again this year.

Nice neighborhood however house was very dated and in poor condition. Great location in a beautiful neighborhood; however, the value was poor given many, many house related issues. For example, ants were present in all rooms, promoted to have flat screen tv's in all rooms--not the case, dresser was broken in spare bedroom, sliding doors entering lanai and in one bathroom were broken, coffee maker/toaster vintage 1990's, not very clean. etc.

Awesome Ski trip This was my first time to Park City. I would recommend this company to everyone. Jake was a pleasure to work with. The process was easy, and we loved our condo! Can't wait for our next vacation! J from Redondo Beach
