Trip went smoothly, except... Trip went smoothly, except for the failure to link flight records between AA & British Air, which required a bag-drag in Houston both ways. Uniworld has to charter their boats in Russia from a Russian company, so the quality of the boat was far inferior to the Uniworld-owned boat we had experienced in France. Service was great & the itinerary went without hitch.

Her good work culminated with the efficiency I received on my Qatar flights to Philadelphia. As a cancer patient currently in remission she discreetly arranged for special assistance with wheelchairs as well as a fine hotel in Doha. I am a huge fan of Paula Kramer.

Returnee many times over Alice G has been my travel agent for many vacations and I can't say enough how she goes the extra mile for me and my traveling partners. She has let the resorts know if it's a special celebration trip and if I'm returning to a particular resort chain she has gone up and beyond to make sure we have a great room (Even when they have been overbooked!) The two ladies I talked to were very… The two ladies I talked to were very helpful and was able to answer my questions. With this being my first cruise there is some additional information that could of been helpful I did not think to ask. They will book flights but was told they get no discount so I went a head and booked our flights. Not having any experience with cruises I booked a later flight. It maybe helpful to let customers know that is not necessary so they don’t have to spend all day in the airport. We didn’t get home til 2 am.

We are getting toward the end of our three cruises a year, but we will always rely on Patrick and All Travel.
