GBThe two ladies I talked to were very… The two ladies I talked to were very helpful and was able to answer my questions. With this being my first cruise there is some additional information that could of been helpful I did not think to ask. They will book flights but was told they get no discount so I went a head and booked our flights. Not having any experience with cruises I booked a later flight. It maybe helpful to let customers know that is not necessary so they don’t have to spend all day in the airport. We didn’t get home til 2 am.

GBTrip went smoothly, except... Trip went smoothly, except for the failure to link flight records between AA & British Air, which required a bag-drag in Houston both ways. Uniworld has to charter their boats in Russia from a Russian company, so the quality of the boat was far inferior to the Uniworld-owned boat we had experienced in France. Service was great & the itinerary went without hitch.

GBSIMPLY THE BEST !!! Working with All Travel is always a pleasant and rewarding experience. Patrick Mack is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of cruising. He never gets flustered or upset when changes are necessary or even with cancelled cruises. I enjoy talking with Patrick, I consider him a friend as well as our travel advisor. I can imagine the extra layer of problems this past year with our current state of the world. All Travel and Patrick will continue to get all of my business in the future. Thank you!!

GBPaula is awesome Paula planned some great trips pre-Covid and has been patient and helpful in juggling several major trips we had to cancel. She has worked to get us the best options on credits and rescheduling. She is always available and responsive. Her predecessor Victoria (retired) was the same. All Travel has earned my business and these 5 stars.

TRBasilica Cistern- Terrible customer service I went to visit the basilica cistern on Sunday September 4th, 2022 at around 4:17pm. The line was quite long but moved relatively quickly I ended up reaching the ticket booth in about 10-15 minutes. I paid the amount to the tour office ticket guide. He was super rude and hostile. He stared me down and slammed my ticket and change on to the table in what seemed as a pathetic attempt to purposely offend and harm me. I’m pretty sure the ticket officer had an agenda and was acting on it. This ruined my entire experience at the cistern as I wasn’t sure if this is meant to reflect the sentiments of the administration and/or of the country itself. I walked through the cistern which was structurally impressive, but lacked any kind of information regarding the structures inside and was super busy inside so it took away from the experience. The ticket was also quite price for the kind of experience it offered, perhaps including a tour guide in that price would be better. So all in all I would rate this place as 0 out of 5 for customer service and 3 out 5 for an actual cultural experience. My ticket number is 000513 and I got it from counter 6. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone purely because of the horrendous treatment I was made to put up with.
