JaywayTravel is beyond good! JaywayTravel is fantastic at planning and implementing independent travel that can suit all tastes. We were a 3 generation family traveling to Croatia and it could not have been more enjoyable. All arrangements came off flawlessly. On a scale of 1 to 100 Jayway scores 100%. We have told many of our friends and fellow travelers how terrific they are. I have since booked two more trips!

Excellent trip to the Netherlands and Belgium We had already scheduled a river cruise, so we wanted to see some other things in the area before and after the cruise that JayWay was very helpful in setting up. Elena was very helpful to us - both in setting up final details (transfers, train tickets, etc.) in Europe and also being available to us when we had questions while on our trip. JayWay is a high quality, reliable travel agency. They are always quick to respond to our questions and having someone available to speak to while traveling is very helpful! Having our itinerary available on our phones was also very helpful.

Great experience traveling with JayWay We had really good experience with JayWay Travel planning our trip to Greece and Venice. Everything went so smooth and easy! The personal attention that was paid to us made us feel like royalty! Easy communication, great planning, personal attention, great accommodation to customer needs! And prompt answers to all our questions! The local contacts are very experienced and provide help and guidance all through your trip. We certainly will use them again!

JayWay or Independent Travel We contacted JayWay to set up a private travel plan for two of us for 9 days in Istria -Croatia and Slovenia. (2023). Initially, planning went well and we were glad to be with a travel agency that advertised personalized and flexible tours. However, we were discouraged from making any changes (each change cost $250 US). Costs began to climb and we soon became aware why. For example - we did not know that hotel room costs were for each person, We decided to forfeit our substantial deposit and make travel plans on our own. We had a great trip. Went to where we wanted to go and for how long. Our costs were substantially less than Jay Way’s proposal.
