Excellent trip to the Netherlands and Belgium We had already scheduled a river cruise, so we wanted to see some other things in the area before and after the cruise that JayWay was very helpful in setting up. Elena was very helpful to us - both in setting up final details (transfers, train tickets, etc.) in Europe and also being available to us when we had questions while on our trip. JayWay is a high quality, reliable travel agency. They are always quick to respond to our questions and having someone available to speak to while traveling is very helpful! Having our itinerary available on our phones was also very helpful.

Great Service! We absolutely loved working with JayWay! We did a 10 day tour of Albania starting in Tirana and then stopping in Vlora, Himara and Gjirokastra. They came up with a great itinerary and took care of all the small little details - it really took the stress out of visiting a new country. I loved the guest page they provide - we referenced it almost every day. Overall I thought they were very professional and responsive. Would definitely use them again!

This experience was apalling This experience was apalling. The travel agent ghosted me for weeks to go over the fine details of my trip to Central Europe and never fulfilled my needs to hold my hand for a 26 day trip. They were unresponsive to my requests and unable to fulfill my itinerary because they did not have relationships with tour people and vendors for my locations and requested activities. For example bike riding tours in various cities. I tried hard to work with them but I had to go elsewhere. The agent was cairn and he was a pompous ass.

JayWay Travel provided reliable, responsive and thoroughly professional travel assistance. We went to Sicily for a wedding which was joyous. Then JayWay Travel helped us make our time in Sicily both very special and seamless to navigate. Every transfer -to and from the airport and between cities and towns was on time, professionally handled and very comfortable. After a very hard year, this is deeply appreciated. If I must choose our favorite tour booked by JayWay, the trip to Mt Etna (including a lovely ride with a stop at an apiary) followed by an afternoon at the Gambino winery made for a wonderful and memorable day. The agents at JayWay Travel were responsive to all our needs, requests and concerns. Thank you for making this trip seamless and throughly enjoyable.
