Every transfer -to and from the airport and between cities and towns was on time, professionally handled and very comfortable. After a very hard year, this is deeply appreciated. If I must choose our favorite tour booked by JayWay, the trip to Mt Etna (including a lovely ride with a stop at an apiary) followed by an afternoon at the Gambino winery made for a wonderful and memorable day. Excellent trip to the Netherlands and Belgium We had already scheduled a river cruise, so we wanted to see some other things in the area before and after the cruise that JayWay was very helpful in setting up. Elena was very helpful to us - both in setting up final details (transfers, train tickets, etc.) in Europe and also being available to us when we had questions while on our trip. JayWay is a high quality, reliable travel agency. They are always quick to respond to our questions and having someone available to speak to while traveling is very helpful! Having our itinerary available on our phones was also very helpful.

JaywayTravel is beyond good! JaywayTravel is fantastic at planning and implementing independent travel that can suit all tastes. Two trips and two great experiences This is our second trip with JayWay and once again they helped us make a memorable trip to Antalya, Konya and Cappadocia As for our favorite memory from the trip, hands down Cappadocia.. the hotel, balloon ride, tour guide. JayWay has great website, quick answers to questions, great guides and ideas, lots of choices and reasonable cost.
