My opinion regarding this tour operator… My opinion regarding this tour operator is positive. Drivers and buses are clean and tidy. The hotel guides were very attentive and courteous. They helped to solve problems with settlements, told in detail and in an interesting way where we can relax in the evenings and what entertainment we can choose. They did not bother or impose with excursions, but simply provide with information. In general, the tour operator "Central Holidays" has never spoiled our vacation and did not offend us in any way.

Sometimes flights are a little pricey… Sometimes flights are a little pricey but they always manage to get me really good deals on a variety of things and I've never felt like I'm not able to afford something that wasn't worth my money.

30 Clients of All Ages to Africa 30 Clients of All Ages to Africa? No problem! Everyone was blown away and I am super pleased with my whole team. I felt at all times I had instant back up in all tenuous situations, ie, a lost passport. The internet was sketchy but my "what’s app" seemed to always work and my back up team was always available. I had people from 21 to 82 years old and we had no major mishaps. The challenges were the altitude and all the steps at Serena Serengeti with no elevators. I have to be more aware of what’s coming for the older folks who really need wheelchairs to navigate a lot of terrain, but were indomitable anyway. The kick off dinner at Talisman Restaurant was a perfect selection by Central Holidays. I’m so happy we went there instead of Carnivore Cafe where I have taken a group prior. My team from Amazing Africa went above and beyond in dedication, attentiveness and cleanliness washing the 5 Jeeps daily. The grand finale Lodge was mind blowing and exactly what I wanted to finish my clients excellent adventure with. Everyone blew up Facebook with thousands of photos. At last count we took a total of 12 planes and 1hot air balloon ( which was extraordinary) and folks with connections from JFK home even more. Not one person minded. Thank you so much for all you did to make this trip happen, safely with great adventure and joy!
