Let me start by saying that we haven't… Let me start by saying that we haven't done the tour yet. 1. When choosing a tour, there were no problems. We have chosen, booked and paid. The documents were sent immediately. 2. Due to the situation in the country, the airline postponed the flight, I reported this information to the company, and they quickly responded and promised to contact me after clarifying the information. Three working days later, I wrote to the chat to clarify the information. There I was told that my manager is now busy and will contact me personally a little later, and in fact, within an hour they contacted me and explained at what stage the solution to my issue was. On the same day, I received an SMS stating that my tour has been adjusted and I need to confirm that I agree with this. In general, the company is always in touch and trying to help as much as possible. They have adjusted the tour to our wishes. Upon arrival from the tour, I will write another final review.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with Central holidays is a terrible company to work with. They claim one of their values is exemplary client service, however when I was stuck in Boston due to plane issues they were nowhere to be found. They didn’t help get the remainder of our trip worked out. They had an attitude of “not my problem”. They refused to answer email or call back. I would never recommend this company purely for their lack of living their values.

Thank you for arranging the trip to… Thank you for arranging the trip to Italy for my family. This was a wonderful trip. Everyone expressed what a great time they had. The hotel was clean, and the service was excellent. The location of the hotel couldn’t have been better. We were centrally located and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Central Holidays did an excellent job. The transportation was clean and up to date. The guides were well-informed and did a good job relating to the group, even though there was a big difference in ages. The guide for our days in Rome, Francesca, related to the grandchildren well. She kept things interesting and kept the kids engaged. I could not be more pleased with the trip overall.

For a long time we had the desire to… For a long time we had the desire to visit the national parks of the United States and the beauties of nature that were read about and seen in films a lot. At first we tried to arrange it ouselves. After thinking it through, we decided to rely on professionals. Due to the pandemic, the trip was postponed several times, but we were informed of changes all the time. You can always ask questions and get good advice. It is important that there is always a plan B - in the face of pandemic uncertainty, we did not waste time and were able to enjoy such a long-awaited trip. Now we are reviewing the photos and want to travel again;)

Central Holidays did a fantastic job… Central Holidays did a fantastic job organizing our trip. They were simple to cooperate with and readily available for any remarks or inquiries. The vacation as a whole was fantastic. For travel planning, I would unquestionably suggest them.
