To put it mildly, I do not like traditional travel agencies where employees are less competent than customers - their goal is just to sell. There are no extra people here. Everything is fast, automatic, with SMS notifications. Very suitable for sudden travel. Everything matched what I bought. Description and reviews can always be double-checked in other sources. Traveled with Central Holidays to Malta and Greece. Everything is ok, I recommend it to others. But, as I understand it, with the current situation of general cancellation, when buying something foreign, everything can fail regardless of the booking systems.

The documents were sent immediately. 2. Due to the situation in the country, the airline postponed the flight, I reported this information to the company, and they quickly responded and promised to contact me after clarifying the information. Three working days later, I wrote to the chat to clarify the information. There I was told that my manager is now busy and will contact me personally a little later, and in fact, within an hour they contacted me and explained at what stage the solution to my issue was. On the same day, I received an SMS stating that my tour has been adjusted and I need to confirm that I agree with this. In general, the company is always in touch and trying to help as much as possible. They have adjusted the tour to our wishes. Upon arrival from the tour, I will write another final review.
