As I understand As I understand, if there are no cancellations and failures, then everyone has a very positive impression of the service. Me too. To put it mildly, I do not like traditional travel agencies where employees are less competent than customers - their goal is just to sell. There are no extra people here. Everything is fast, automatic, with SMS notifications. Very suitable for sudden travel. Everything matched what I bought. Description and reviews can always be double-checked in other sources. Traveled with Central Holidays to Malta and Greece. Everything is ok, I recommend it to others. But, as I understand it, with the current situation of general cancellation, when buying something foreign, everything can fail regardless of the booking systems.

My opinion regarding this tour operator… My opinion regarding this tour operator is positive. Drivers and buses are clean and tidy. The hotel guides were very attentive and courteous. They helped to solve problems with settlements, told in detail and in an interesting way where we can relax in the evenings and what entertainment we can choose. They did not bother or impose with excursions, but simply provide with information. In general, the tour operator "Central Holidays" has never spoiled our vacation and did not offend us in any way.

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with Central holidays is a terrible company to work with. They claim one of their values is exemplary client service, however when I was stuck in Boston due to plane issues they were nowhere to be found. They didn’t help get the remainder of our trip worked out. They had an attitude of “not my problem”. They refused to answer email or call back. I would never recommend this company purely for their lack of living their values.

Exceptional service and seamless… Exceptional service and seamless planning! We booked our honeymoon to Greece through Adam and it exceeded our expectations. Adam was easy to work with and helped us create an amazing itinerary, traveling to three different islands and helped adjust our activities. He worked with us and our budget to create a trip full of various activities with point to point transportation. Once we arrived in Greece, everything was perfect, there were special touches at every hotel or activity. Everyone we met through Central Holidays was friendly, on time and pleasant. We felt very taken care of by all vendors. We would love to book another trip!
