GB30 Clients of All Ages to Africa 30 Clients of All Ages to Africa? No problem! Everyone was blown away and I am super pleased with my whole team. I felt at all times I had instant back up in all tenuous situations, ie, a lost passport. The internet was sketchy but my "what’s app" seemed to always work and my back up team was always available. I had people from 21 to 82 years old and we had no major mishaps. The challenges were the altitude and all the steps at Serena Serengeti with no elevators. I have to be more aware of what’s coming for the older folks who really need wheelchairs to navigate a lot of terrain, but were indomitable anyway. The kick off dinner at Talisman Restaurant was a perfect selection by Central Holidays. I’m so happy we went there instead of Carnivore Cafe where I have taken a group prior. My team from Amazing Africa went above and beyond in dedication, attentiveness and cleanliness washing the 5 Jeeps daily. The grand finale Lodge was mind blowing and exactly what I wanted to finish my clients excellent adventure with. Everyone blew up Facebook with thousands of photos. At last count we took a total of 12 planes and 1hot air balloon ( which was extraordinary) and folks with connections from JFK home even more. Not one person minded. Thank you so much for all you did to make this trip happen, safely with great adventure and joy!

GBLet me start by saying that we haven't… Let me start by saying that we haven't done the tour yet. 1. When choosing a tour, there were no problems. We have chosen, booked and paid. The documents were sent immediately. 2. Due to the situation in the country, the airline postponed the flight, I reported this information to the company, and they quickly responded and promised to contact me after clarifying the information. Three working days later, I wrote to the chat to clarify the information. There I was told that my manager is now busy and will contact me personally a little later, and in fact, within an hour they contacted me and explained at what stage the solution to my issue was. On the same day, I received an SMS stating that my tour has been adjusted and I need to confirm that I agree with this. In general, the company is always in touch and trying to help as much as possible. They have adjusted the tour to our wishes. Upon arrival from the tour, I will write another final review.
