Amazing trip to South Africa Booked a trip to South Africa through Central Holidays and it was an amazing trip. From the beginning to the end. I had to reschedule this trip at least 2 times due to COVID and Central Holidays was very accomodating in rescheduling this trip. When we took the trip, everything was in place - we had wonderful greeters, tour guides and an overall wonderful experience. The activities were carefully planned and added great value to the trip. Central Holidays did an excellent job it offering an awesome experience.

World-class Travel Company We've been traveling the world with Central Holidays since 2013 and no trip is too small (just 7 people) or too big (4,500 travelers) that they can't handle. We've been to France, Spain, Egypt, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Israel, Portugal using their planning & attention to detail that is top notch. The staff are always there to help and their guides are knowledgeable, warm & funny. They custom tailor our trip & accommodations to fit our budget & needs. The thing I like best is they are always insistent on us providing them feedback so they can learn & improve on their future trips with us & their other customers. We now feel like family after 9 years of planning & traveling with Central Holidays! Hats off & thumbs up to Baher, Adam, MJ & the hardworking staff!

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with Central holidays is a terrible company to work with. They claim one of their values is exemplary client service, however when I was stuck in Boston due to plane issues they were nowhere to be found. They didn’t help get the remainder of our trip worked out. They had an attitude of “not my problem”. They refused to answer email or call back. I would never recommend this company purely for their lack of living their values.

My opinion regarding this tour operator… My opinion regarding this tour operator is positive. Drivers and buses are clean and tidy. The hotel guides were very attentive and courteous. They helped to solve problems with settlements, told in detail and in an interesting way where we can relax in the evenings and what entertainment we can choose. They did not bother or impose with excursions, but simply provide with information. In general, the tour operator "Central Holidays" has never spoiled our vacation and did not offend us in any way.

My trip to Egypt with my group was… My trip to Egypt with my group was excellent. Out tour guide from SGI travels was amazing. It was a little rough with covid restrictions at the airport. I had to do my own research, but Central was very helpful in getting the information I sent to them via questions. Thanks Mayye for all you help!!
