World-class Travel Company We've been traveling the world with Central Holidays since 2013 and no trip is too small (just 7 people) or too big (4,500 travelers) that they can't handle. We've been to France, Spain, Egypt, Brazil, Argentina, Italy, Israel, Portugal using their planning & attention to detail that is top notch. The staff are always there to help and their guides are knowledgeable, warm & funny. They custom tailor our trip & accommodations to fit our budget & needs. The thing I like best is they are always insistent on us providing them feedback so they can learn & improve on their future trips with us & their other customers. Exceptional service and seamless… Exceptional service and seamless planning! We booked our honeymoon to Greece through Adam and it exceeded our expectations. Adam was easy to work with and helped us create an amazing itinerary, traveling to three different islands and helped adjust our activities. He worked with us and our budget to create a trip full of various activities with point to point transportation. Once we arrived in Greece, everything was perfect, there were special touches at every hotel or activity. Everyone we met through Central Holidays was friendly, on time and pleasant. We felt very taken care of by all vendors. We would love to book another trip!

One of the worst companies I’ve ever worked with Central holidays is a terrible company to work with. They claim one of their values is exemplary client service, however when I was stuck in Boston due to plane issues they were nowhere to be found. They didn’t help get the remainder of our trip worked out. They had an attitude of “not my problem”. They refused to answer email or call back. I would never recommend this company purely for their lack of living their values.
