Will not accommodate customer when unpreventable issues occur Excellent Hotels would not help me in any way when I was unable to make my hotel reservation due to a natural disaster. Due to hurricane Sandy my flight was cancelled and I wasn't able to make my hotel reservation, and they did nothing to help me in this situation. They would not refund my money, would not let me re-book my trip or extend my days, and did not offer me any type of voucher. The customer service was extremely poor too. There prices are good, but I would not recommend them to anyone, because they are not at all about helping or accommodating the customer.

Sometimes Details Matter...! We have booked hotels with Excellent Hotels on numerous occasions. Prices are usually below those through other sites such as TripAdvisor. But recently, for hotels we booked in several cities in Spain we had difficulty understanding the price structure offered--same offer "Room, without meal"..etc" but with two fifferent prices. No explanation for the different apparently similar room offers. This needs clarification. Service is very good but for one issue--Excellenthotels DOES NOT tell you that you need a Voucher which will follow--sometime--at some later time than the actual room apparent confirmation you receive immediatley. Finally, we are Canadians and whilst live in harmony with the United States our place of residence is NOT the USA. Yet every booking confirmation lists us our Residence as " US". We much prefer instead, the wonderful disignation Canadian. No offense USA but we are 100% Canadian and our residence is Canada NOT the USA. Maybe that is why we never receive discount coupons!

Easy and GREAT price! I booked the Mayfair in Paris for $80 less per night than what I found at other sites! My client was thrilled as he has stayed at this hotel before and really wanted to stay there again. Thanks for making your website easy to navigate and make a booking.
