Overall experience was very satisfactory so far. The only downside of the booking for my situation was that I had received a 10% off Coupon per e-mail from Auto Europe for Excellenthotels.com right AFTER the fact that I had booked with Excellenthotels and could not apply these savings anymore towards my Hotel booking unless I would have cancelled my Reservation and would have booked it again. I did not do this as I didn't want to have that hassle. It would be nice if one could take advantage of offered discounts and go back to those reservations in a certain time frame and apply such discounts. Everything else is very easy and convenient.

Excellent Price - Documentation Never Sent I had to find a hotel room for two clients of mine who had a schedule change at the last minute and didn't have time to call hotels and contacts regarding rates for tour operators. I chose Excellent Hotels because I've worked with their sister company, Auto Europe, a lot on finding really excellent prices on car rentals. I was right, the cost of the room was great! The only issue that I experienced was that I never received a confirmation email. I am not sure if all I need is the reservation numbers or if I needed a voucher for my clients so I think I will need to call to make sure.

Will not accommodate customer when unpreventable issues occur Excellent Hotels would not help me in any way when I was unable to make my hotel reservation due to a natural disaster. Due to hurricane Sandy my flight was cancelled and I wasn't able to make my hotel reservation, and they did nothing to help me in this situation. They would not refund my money, would not let me re-book my trip or extend my days, and did not offer me any type of voucher. The customer service was extremely poor too. There prices are good, but I would not recommend them to anyone, because they are not at all about helping or accommodating the customer.
