GBOverall experience was very satisfactory so far. The only downside of the booking for my situation was that I had received a 10% off Coupon per e-mail from Auto Europe for Excellenthotels.com right AFTER the fact that I had booked with Excellenthotels and could not apply these savings anymore towards my Hotel booking unless I would have cancelled my Reservation and would have booked it again. I did not do this as I didn't want to have that hassle. It would be nice if one could take advantage of offered discounts and go back to those reservations in a certain time frame and apply such discounts. Everything else is very easy and convenient.
