GBWill not accommodate customer when unpreventable issues occur Excellent Hotels would not help me in any way when I was unable to make my hotel reservation due to a natural disaster. Due to hurricane Sandy my flight was cancelled and I wasn't able to make my hotel reservation, and they did nothing to help me in this situation. They would not refund my money, would not let me re-book my trip or extend my days, and did not offer me any type of voucher. The customer service was extremely poor too. There prices are good, but I would not recommend them to anyone, because they are not at all about helping or accommodating the customer.

GBHassle free. All of the hotels I booked provided very good value for the prices paid. Usually the first or second hotel on the list worked best for us. Good value for the money and all check-ins were very quick if you had your printed voucher. Would definitely use them again for my European travels.
