GBAutomated Exit Issues My online reservation was quick and easy; however, upon exiting the garage late at night, wanting to go home… Many people were finding it difficult to use the automated gate exit. We waited about 20 to 30 minutes before we were able to exit due to multiple confused people. Other drivers, had to exit their cars while in line to exit, to assist confused people at the automated gate. I myself had no problem but multiple others did. I had also been expecting a live person working at the gate. If possible, improvement may be needed at the exit gate.

GBConvenient and inexpensive when… Convenient and inexpensive when compared to the other options. Even though I know exactly where Garage C is, the signage as you enter the airport gives no indication of its whereabouts. This would seem to be the result of some sort of airport power struggle - very Rhode Island.

GBGreat price Great price - nice and close to terminal! Everything worked out perfectly using Garage C and prepay. Signs at airport for some reason don't include Garage C - but as long as you go to arrivals exit/area, it is easy to find.

GBSafe & Sound We parked our car in this lot while we visited our daughter in NC. We had no problems, except for forgetting where we parked the car, but finally found it. It's a little bit of a walk to the airport, but not too bad at all, most of it is through the garage.

GBAn Overall Positive Experience I found making a reservation and paying online very straightforward. Arriving at the Garage, I somehow ended up at an entrance gate that wasn't working. After some frustration and a phone call that wasn't very helpful, I finally figured out to back up and pull into the adjacent gate, where I was able to enter. Leaving several days later proved to be very simple. All in all, it was a positive experience. Although I had used Red Beam before, it had been at least a couple of years. When I use it again, I think everything will be even easier
