Everything great except a lengthy wait… Everything great except a lengthy wait for pickup at end of parking

This is new and now my only off ground… This is new and now my only off ground parking for JFK airport. Wow everything are as ABC/123, It was so easy and very convenient to get to, get on the shuttle, and get to the terminal. My return and pick up was much more quicker than I expected. Once I followed the instructions on my ticket. They told me the shuttle is on the way, in no time the shuttle is coming around the bend, literally three minutes. Drivers are super respectable and front desk agent are great too. My car was already waiting for me at the front door.

This was our first time using Jiffy This was our first time using Jiffy, they were excellent. iffy was not the least expensive but there were no hidden fees from the price quoted. We called them once we had our luggage and was picked up within 10 minutes of being called.

Very efficient service Very efficient service. Car in good shape after 12 day stay. Would advice they change language for online reservation form. Using terms arrival and departure is confusing. I assumed it was my flight times. At check out we arrived to parking lot 1.5 hrs after plane arrival time. They tried to charge an extra day but after explaining they did wave it. Make sure you have good directions as it is a little hard to find.

When we arrived, the check-in was simple and the attendent was very patient and helpful. The shuttle was timely for drop off and pick up. Our vehicle was pulled up and ready to go when we returned. I would definitely park here again.
