The best airport parking experience The best airport parking experience I ever had. Pleasant staff, very quick shuttle service ... it's just too bad this location has closed. Now I have to find another parking vendor!

Terrific option for longterm parking… Terrific option for longterm parking for flying out of JFK! Only reason we are giving 4 stars is because we filled out and prepaid online beforehand, and....upon arriving to park our car, had to give all information over again! Just didn't make sense.

Crappy experience! Let’s see. Arrived at 530am for a flight that was to take off @ 850am. There was 4 employees working and a TON of people waiting. Waited at least 1/2 before the van took off & it was leaking water from the a/c unit and me and my wife got soaked. The driver did apologize. He also drove recklessly to the Delta terminal (obviously because of the long wait). On my return, it was pouring raining. my truck was pulled around & left in the middle of the parking lot while there was PLENTY of parking spaces under the awning and I had to THINK and park my own truck under the awning to load my bags and passengers. Totally unhappy and I would like a refund for the poor service. I’ll be more than happy to accept any calls from management to explain my dissatisfaction.

Jiffy's service was professional and… Jiffy's service was professional and courtesy. The pick up process was seamless and prompt. I will use Jiffy again. My one complaint: upon dropoff, only one agent was available to check in cars at 7:30 pm. When the car before me had prior damage, it was that one employee also taking photos. After processing 4 cars, the same employee was the shuttle driver. The entire checkin/shuttle took more that 30 minutes. As a result along with long TSA lines, I missed my flight.
