Jiffy's service was professional and… Jiffy's service was professional and courtesy. The pick up process was seamless and prompt. I will use Jiffy again. My one complaint: upon dropoff, only one agent was available to check in cars at 7:30 pm. When the car before me had prior damage, it was that one employee also taking photos. After processing 4 cars, the same employee was the shuttle driver. The entire checkin/shuttle took more that 30 minutes. As a result along with long TSA lines, I missed my flight.

When we arrived, the check-in was simple and the attendent was very patient and helpful. The shuttle was timely for drop off and pick up. Our vehicle was pulled up and ready to go when we returned. I would definitely park here again.

I was highly dissappointed in that the… I was highly dissappointed in that the parking location didn't honor my coupon that I downloaded from their own website! I had to pay the original price - the rep said that the coupon was bogus. That was very disheartening to hear. Other than that, they were ok.
