Mixed experience Mixed experience with Newton Group. For the amount of money I was paying, entering the process was skechy just like the Timeshare industry. Communications were few and far between with vague information. After nine months they said I don't own my timeshare anymore, but I have yet to received a document to that effect. I guess I'll have to wait until I don't get my annual maintenance bill.

Success! When I received a letter from Newton Group about selling my timeshare, I thought here is another one. But then I remembered my brother mentioning selling his TS through Newton so... The rest is history. The meeting in my hometown was well organized and I thought the "investment" was worth a try. I was RIGHT. 6 months and done My journey started in January and ended in June with my complete satisfaction. I only needed send in my existing contract and have one call in to talk strategy. Three months latter I received confirmation my exit was being looked at. 6 weeks after that I had to notarize a form about my exit. Then 1 month latter I received a check for a rebate of my last maintenance fee from last year and it was done. Easy and happy. Would recommend Newton group 100%.
