Our initial contact was with Richard Crouse, who satisfactorily presented Newton Group data, explained what they could do for us and answered all of our questions. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful & friendly. Mr. Crouse estimated it would take 6-24 months to extricate us from our timeshare, so we were pleasantly surprised when it only took two months! 6 months and done My journey started in January and ended in June with my complete satisfaction. I only needed send in my existing contract and have one call in to talk strategy. Three months latter I received confirmation my exit was being looked at. 6 weeks after that I had to notarize a form about my exit. Then 1 month latter I received a check for a rebate of my last maintenance fee from last year and it was done. Easy and happy. Would recommend Newton group 100%.
