This was a surprisingly pleasant… This was a surprisingly pleasant experience. All the necessary steps were clearly explained to me in meetings with staff and legal counsel. During those meetings staff answered all my questions regarding the process and what would happen in exiting my time share. This included advising me how long it would take and the legal requirements to exit the contract. Holly and other staff responded promptly to my emails and phone calls concerning various documents and kept me informed as to the activity and the timeline on the exit process.
