Our initial contact was with Richard Crouse, who satisfactorily presented Newton Group data, explained what they could do for us and answered all of our questions. Everyone we dealt with was very helpful & friendly. Mr. Crouse estimated it would take 6-24 months to extricate us from our timeshare, so we were pleasantly surprised when it only took two months! Mixed experience Mixed experience with Newton Group. For the amount of money I was paying, entering the process was skechy just like the Timeshare industry. Communications were few and far between with vague information. After nine months they said I don't own my timeshare anymore, but I have yet to received a document to that effect. I guess I'll have to wait until I don't get my annual maintenance bill.
