Customer service is amazing The agent is brilliant. For some reason, my return flight schedule was changed. It's very strange. The agent is very understanding and helpful. She assisted me in getting the right flight & avoiding unnecessary changes. To top it off, she promptly sent my e-ticket information and check-in details straight to my email, showcasing an efficiency that left me genuinely delighted. Kudos to the outstanding service and problem-solving skills! I'm genuinely grateful for such a positive and efficient resolution.
