GBResponsive While booking my flight, site did not ask for trusted traveler number. Or, I might have missed the link. Gave their 866 number a call. They immediately added my Global Entry number before e-ticket issuance. All this happened within 5 min phone call. A little over 10 mins later, a follow-up call was received to confirm e-ticket receipt.

GBThe experience was interesting The experience was fairly easy. Jenny and Ben were so pleasant. My only problem was more with my credit card company for rejecting the $30 part of the charge, requiring me to submit another card.

GBI tried to cancel my ticket almost… I tried to cancel my ticket almost immediately after purchasing (I was within the allotted time frame of 24 hours). David said it would take 7-10 business days. They don't answer their phone anymore when they seee me on caller ID and don't respond to emails. Total loss of my money! I am contacting my bank to dispute.
