I tried to cancel my ticket almost… I tried to cancel my ticket almost immediately after purchasing (I was within the allotted time frame of 24 hours). David said it would take 7-10 business days. They don't answer their phone anymore when they seee me on caller ID and don't respond to emails. Total loss of my money! I am contacting my bank to dispute.

4th is -Great basic online travel… 4th is -Great basic online travel system that you can customize pretty well to suit what you want. Prices were really competitive and a fantastic range of packages. Website is pretty user friendly too. Responsive when the query is urgent (ie travel within 48 hours), but slow response if non-urgent which is frustrating. Overall the price is spot on for what you get.

Bad Weather vs Great Team The weather at the destination I was flying to was going to be bad so I needed to change my flight and David was very helpful in making that happen. He answered all my questions and made the transition smooth and painless. Ben was polite and made sure that my experience in getting my ticket changed was a pleasant one.
