Responsive While booking my flight, site did not ask for trusted traveler number. Or, I might have missed the link. Gave their 866 number a call. They immediately added my Global Entry number before e-ticket issuance. All this happened within 5 min phone call. A little over 10 mins later, a follow-up call was received to confirm e-ticket receipt.

The experience was interesting The experience was fairly easy. Jenny and Ben were so pleasant. My only problem was more with my credit card company for rejecting the $30 part of the charge, requiring me to submit another card.

I have never used a travel agency… I have never used a travel agency before because I always arrange everything on my own, including flights, hotels, tours, and cruises.
