GBCancellation Fee Charged by Flywithcloud but not by airlines I made a big mistake contacting Flywithcould. Thought it was United Airlines. I was charged $150.00 to cancel a flight reservation I had made 5 hours earlier. Later, I contacted United Airlines directly and they said there IS NO CANCELLATION FEE for a reservation canceled within 24 hours. I contacted Flywithcloud to try and get the $150.00 back and they are stalling. So angry that I walked into this scam.

GBGreat customer service with a real live person The Air Canada agent, Rina, was very knowledgeable about the "discounted" fares listed on Kayak, Expedia, etc and clearly explained how all their extra charges added up. I chose to book directly with Air Canada rather than through the other sites because of her help.

GBOn Aug 23rd I was directed to this… On Aug 23rd I was directed to this company while trying to switch one of my passengers for flight I had booked through Expedia/delta for my daughter’s birthday trip to Mexico. I spoked to a representative named Viniy who was able to pull my reservation and everything with Delta and stated she could help me. Now that I think back on it now it’s a scary thing that people have access to your information so easily. Viniy stated due to the price change and availability I would have to cancel my entire booking and rebook the flight over again but could try to get me the rate with another airline and would handle the cancellation with Delta. Viniy sent me emails to confirm the refund I would be getting from Delta and the new charges but to date nothing has been received. I was told to give it sometime but when I follow up there are no updates and recently when I called a representative named Justin became highly aggressive and refuses to assist stating I was contacting the wrong company although I had been speaking to the representative and her teammates previously. At this point I have paid for the flights for 5 people twice and it appears I won’t be getting my $2278.25 refunded back to me. This company is a sham and i am highly upset. If you can stay away because I don’t want what happened to you to happen to me

GBThe cancelation process seemed muddied The cancelation process seemed muddied. Leena, seemed more interested in speaking rather than listening, several times being reminded by me, that two people can't speak at the same time. That being said, she was very civil.
