Today I spoke with customer service… Today I spoke with customer service Rina who was amazing her customer service skills very efficient, polite and knowledgeable also professional. this company portrayed themselves as being a third-party connection with Jett. Blue airlines also turned out to be fraud. They were going to have us pay additional $160 for change airfare reservations that we had no connection to the change the change was due to JetBlue not us.

I spoke with Emily and she was such a… I spoke with Emily and she was such a big help. I wanted to change my flight home to a different day due to this trip being for my 50th birthday and Emily made it happen!!! She was so helpful and had a cheery demeanor.

I am very happy with the customer… I am very happy with the customer service and help provided by United, unlike other airlines I did not have to beg and fight for a refund on my cancelled flight, which means a lot!! I would recommend this airline to anyone who feels insecure about booking an International flight. Thanks United!!!

The lady that helped me was great… The lady that helped me was great (Claire). Unfortunately the website sucks as it wouldn't let me book a one-way to Paris necessitating me working with Claire for 45 minutes. My profile is up to date with relevent passport & security info so not being able to book a simple one way ticket and wasting both her & my time is unacceptable - fix your algorithm.
