Rescheduling flight I was scheduled to fly out on Wednesday,November 15.On November 14 I had a family emergency which required me extending my stay.Called to reschedule flight and got a wonderful agent,Jace,who spent over an hour helping me change the flight.He was helpful,compassionate and extremely thorough in explaining everything.It was a long process but with his help it got done and by the end I felt like I had made a friend.Jace is definitely an asset to your organization in every way.

Great customer service with a real live person The Air Canada agent, Rina, was very knowledgeable about the "discounted" fares listed on Kayak, Expedia, etc and clearly explained how all their extra charges added up. I chose to book directly with Air Canada rather than through the other sites because of her help.

Cancellation Fee Charged by Flywithcloud but not by airlines I made a big mistake contacting Flywithcould. Thought it was United Airlines. I was charged $150.00 to cancel a flight reservation I had made 5 hours earlier. Later, I contacted United Airlines directly and they said there IS NO CANCELLATION FEE for a reservation canceled within 24 hours. I contacted Flywithcloud to try and get the $150.00 back and they are stalling. So angry that I walked into this scam.
