Phenomenal Service at Phenomenal Moments I had the pleasure of once again using Letitia Smith of Phenomenal Moments Travel for a girl's trip to Tulum to celebrate a birthday. We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites which was cool because a rooms were swimouts. She made the experience a great one ecen though there was a mix-up with our reservation - she was never more than a text or phone call away. My Birthday Celebration/Vacation! My birthday celebration was delayed but not denied. I hadn't traveled abroad in over a decade. I expressed what I wanted/liked and Letitia brought my vision to life in Cabo. My daughter and I only needed to show up. Even when the airline cancelled our flight, she was with me every step of the way, getting rebooked quickly and even ensuring that I would not lose one day of my vacation. The personal assistant at the resort was an added bonus, along with another surpise. We were only responsible for letting the resort know what we wanted and getting some sleep, every now and then.
