Phenomenal Service at Phenomenal Moments I had the pleasure of once again using Letitia Smith of Phenomenal Moments Travel for a girl's trip to Tulum to celebrate a birthday. We stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites which was cool because a rooms were swimouts. My Birthday Celebration/Vacation! My birthday celebration was delayed but not denied. I hadn't traveled abroad in over a decade. I expressed what I wanted/liked and Letitia brought my vision to life in Cabo. My daughter and I only needed to show up. Even when the airline cancelled our flight, she was with me every step of the way, getting rebooked quickly and even ensuring that I would not lose one day of my vacation.
