5 stars for superb customer service Booked a holiday with expedia to Las Vegas staying at Bellagio. Had a few issues with change of flights which does happen often but expedia were useless in dealing with it. I phoned virgin directly who sorted it all out straight away without hassle. Great customer service Our flight to San Diego was delayed, Virgin booked us on an earlier flight within 2 minutes without us even asking for it, in the end we arrived even earlier than scheduled. Wow, great service!
