Avoid their Caribbean Tours Had great experiences with their Alaska tours but absolutely HORRENDOUS experiences with their Carribean tours. The Carribean tours were short, very unsafe, and not even remotely close to what was described in their ads. When I requested refunds,I was informed the management team would need to investigate. Since then, I have not received any communication, and certainly no refund. I would strongly recommend you not use this company for any tours in the Caribbean.

A pleasure to work with We did three excursions shore excursions. Everything was very easy to book. We were picked up promptly at our cruise port. The excursions were interesting and the guides were wonderful. I found the prices to be very reasonable for what was included.

They charged a $25 "less than 3 days… They charged a $25 "less than 3 days prior fee" for a booking made May 2 for a May 9th excursion.

Cruises.com best for cruises Timing of emails. Great help through Angel, when I phoned to get clarifications as the site was down. Notified in time when tour was cancelled, thus had time to book another one.

Highly Recommend We've now used Shore Excursions Group for multiple excursions, and not only have they all been very good or excellent, but when we have had any issues, Shore Excursions has stepped up and assisted, or provided us a partial refund. Highly recommend!
