All of the excursions that I book… All of the excursions that I book through Shore Excursions group are excellent! I like that they are less expensive and more intimate than through the cruise line. There are more interesting options as well!

Request Jose Rosario for your driver Our driver, Jose Rosario, made our day! He was the best tour guide. We had a wonderful experience at The Mexican Hot Springs. Hector and all the staff were very welcoming. We had the most delicious lunch of homemade guacamole, freshly made chips, and delicious queso. After our excursion, we wanted to go shopping before returning to the cruise ship. Rosario took us to the best downtown store, Michael Gallery for handcrafted art, jewelry and Mexican vanilla. We had a great day!

Cruises.com best for cruises Timing of emails. Great help through Angel, when I phoned to get clarifications as the site was down. Notified in time when tour was cancelled, thus had time to book another one.

Avoid their Caribbean Tours Had great experiences with their Alaska tours but absolutely HORRENDOUS experiences with their Carribean tours. The Carribean tours were short, very unsafe, and not even remotely close to what was described in their ads. When I requested refunds,I was informed the management team would need to investigate. Since then, I have not received any communication, and certainly no refund. I would strongly recommend you not use this company for any tours in the Caribbean.
