GBParadise isn’t always tropical! Winter in Alaska? YES! Classic Journey’s did all of the work including off the charts accommodations, fantastic adventures (think—helicopter landing on a glacier and walking through an ice tube), and most importantly the best guide on earth! Catharina was not only knowledgeable on Alaska but knew more about my home state than I do! PERFECTION! Thank you!!!

GBAmazing Adventure in Costa Rica From beginning to end Classic Journeys was a joy to work with. Planning a family trip for nine (5 adults/4 teenagers) could have been a nightmare. However, Classic Journeys provided us with a dream vacation. Our guide was fantastic and our own comfortable van and driver made touring hassle-free. Costa Rica is rich with flora and fauna, glorious seaside to majestic volcanos, wonderful food and welcoming people. One of our highlights was a visit to a local K-6 school. The children performed for us and interacted with our family. A delightful experience. Go! You'll love it!!

GBThe sights but the most significant… The sights but the most significant reason was our guide Katharina. She was simply amazing.

GBMulti-sport trip to Iceland We travel a lot, but just took our first trip with Classic Journeys a few weeks ago. Our small group "multi-sport" trip to Iceland was simply wonderful, from glacier hikes and ice caves, to riding Icelandic horses on the black sand beach, to hiking or snorkeling in the mid-Atlantic rift between tectonic plates. Our guide was one of the best we've ever had, incredibly knowledgable and just fun to be with. We'll travel with Classic Journeys again!

GBOur trip to Tuscany and Cinque Terre… Our trip to Tuscany and Cinque Terre was fantastic with Classic Journeys. Our guide, Luciano, was absolutely the best! Not only was he unbelievably knowledgeable but he thought of every single detail to make our trip so memorable. It was as if every stop and experience was perfectly curated just for us.(the scenery, the visit to the sheep farm with the unbelievable freshly made pecorino, the lovely villa where we stayed in Tuscany, hiking stops for photos at just the right spots, the restaurants that provided the true taste of Tuscany, and even the evening serenade of Italian songs on our way home from dinner--all made us feel very special.)
