Outstanding service, very friendly and professional! I was extremely pleased with the service provided by both Bryan and Shelly. They were super professional and totally patient and pleasant. I made a nistake booking the wrong return date and Shelly was extremely helpful in correcting my mistake after the initial reservation was confirmed. Leo’ Customer Service Leo worked with me for three days to get my airline reservations right. He was always polite and always eager to answer any questions I had. His customer service is above reproach!! He offered options to ensure we got the reservations we needed.

Phishing scam Phishing scam. Said they were United Airlines reps., and charged $400. United phoned minutes later, said they got a phony travel change, and advised the company is fraudulent. United said I would have gotten a refund of $26. United then had to for real change my reservation. Stay Away !!!!!

I was speaking to a representative before him and he was trying to sell the same ticket at a very high price! He helped me with everything! Is will definitely be booking with him for another flight!

Although my situation required additional time and skill, he repeatedly explained the process to me, addressed my concerns, and even assured me that he could assist me in making my reservation.
