GBBad connection Bad connection. Got disconnected. Had to give my information 3 times. I wasn't feeling very comfortable giving information because it didn't feel professional. Couldn't book online because there was no place to check a minor. When I got my confirmation he was checked as an adult anyway. It was cheaper to book online. I was charged 100.00 more by calling. Won't be doing that again!

GBHenry worked diligently all day to… Henry worked diligently all day to resolve an issue the airlines created by issuing me someone else’s boarding pass (which I didn’t realize until I was on board). Then they cancelled my return flight and Henry spent the day getting this resolved so I could still return home on the original flight. I give the highest praise to Henry and the customer service he provided. Thank you so much Henry, you did a wonderful job.

GBHazel was excellent with helping us… Hazel was excellent with helping us find flights from San To Den. She answered all our questions. Never made us feel like we had stupid questions. She follow through on every detail. She made finding an economical flight very easy! I will be using this sight for all my/our future plans. 😃

GBShelly was very helpful in correcting… Shelly was very helpful in correcting mistakes that occurred. She gets 5 🌟 not happy about being over charged 602.00 ex paying 889.20 for a 287.20 flight or the constant back and forth with airlines and agency just to get confomation # or ticket info straightened out very stressful but everything is taken care of so I'm 5 🌟 happy now anyway.

GBNo more Allegiant travel for us! Getting checked in for the other two friends I booked was a major hassle for them, but the outbound flight was fine. Then at the last minute Allegiant cancelled our return, leaving us unable to get home for two extra days and costing us three times as much to travel on another airline we had to find ourselves. You think we’ll be recommending you?
