Mac was amazing in helping Me!! Mac was amazing in helping me get to my country when i needed to be there of necesity. And he helped me by speaking my Spanish language. I am very grateful for his time and effort in getting me to my happy ending; my ticket. Mac was very patient and calm and explained everything well. She gets 5 🌟 not happy about being over charged 602.00 ex paying 889.20 for a 287.20 flight or the constant back and forth with airlines and agency just to get confomation # or ticket info straightened out very stressful but everything is taken care of so I'm 5 🌟 happy now anyway.
