Besides I do guy speaks very bad spanish,he does not understand AND just pretend help repeating the same as a loop bad Song! He do not understand the request. So I love Heizel attention! Outstanding service, very friendly and professional! I was extremely pleased with the service provided by both Bryan and Shelly. They were super professional and totally patient and pleasant. I made a nistake booking the wrong return date and Shelly was extremely helpful in correcting my mistake after the initial reservation was confirmed. There was a problem There was a problem, The Agent kept putting in the wrong code from my credit but after a few calls to the vendor it was taken care of. I ended up changing the itinerary and was protected by paying a few dollars more in the original transaction. Turned out OK.
