Shelly was very helpful in correcting… Shelly was very helpful in correcting mistakes that occurred. She gets 5 🌟 not happy about being over charged 602.00 ex paying 889.20 for a 287.20 flight or the constant back and forth with airlines and agency just to get confomation # or ticket info straightened out very stressful but everything is taken care of so I'm 5 🌟 happy now anyway.
