The need for me to cancel my flight was that my just had word the my younger sister past away It was a difficult situation and he understood, and was very kind to me. I will give him and A plus.

GBRip off I don’t even give them a 1 rating. They totally tried to rip us off. We had booked a trip (8 of us) & supposed to travel November 11th 2023. One of the travelers name was wrong. Her last name was in the middle name position & her middle name was in her last name position on the ticket reservation. When I called to change it (after 45 min) I was told that it would cost 600.00 & she wouldn’t be allowed to fly at the airport unless it was changed. Obviously I told them they were crazy. We called directly to United airline & they happily changed it at no cost. Talk about taking advantage.

AWI’m am very disappointed in your… I’m am very disappointed in your company or any company that would take advantage of Seniors or Veterans & charge them a ridicules charge for something already paid for. You are wrong in charging that amount of monies. I am going to the better business beauo to report this! Sincerely Jack

I became completely flustered when trying to book a flight for my sister and her granddaughter in order for them visit me. This man was patient, had an excellent tone at all times which permeated with understanding and kindness.
