GBMy experience was 100% terrible My experience was 100% terrible. It was a helpless feeling when our Delta plane left Eppley Airfield without us aboard for our family reunion in San Antonio! We were distraught when the flight attendant said she couldn’t print boarding passes because our tickets had not been properly booked. Well I’m going to do something rather than just complain about it! You better get ready, Jimmy, because I’m going through legal counsel and you will be hearing from us soon! We’re not going to sit here and get scammed out of $3,000 dollars! This is as dishonest a company as I’ve ever dealt with!

GBRose was very helpful getting me a seat… Rose was very helpful getting me a seat for my trip to visit family over the holidays. She explained everything to me and took the time to get me a seat. I was trying to book economy but she explained to me that was overbooked and checked main cabin and got me a seat there and went ahead with the booking after I accepted everything.
