Loved the custom itinerary We cannot be more pleased with our 16-day tour arranged by Pia Accardo of Cultural Italy. Through several phone calls Pia learned what we like and dislike, the things we wanted to see and do, our physical limitations, and the budget we had for hotels, etc. The private tours, guides, and drivers that she lined up were delightful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Pia is an expert on Italy and she takes great care in designing an itinerary to fit your needs. You will not be disappointed in working with her.

A good understanding of what we wanted Fiorella "listened" to what we wanted with our visit to Florence and Cinque Terre and provided the lodging, guides and drivers that all worked really well with our ideas. We had no problems with language, and all the arrangements - lodging, guides, drivers, train tickets - they made for us were without problems. We were provided with thorough instructions. Cultural Italy was a great choice Cultural Italy was a great choice. Our agent, Luana, was very knowledgeable, particularly when it came to hotel choices with respect to their location and amenities offered. She arranged for private transfers from airports to hotel and train stations and it made the trip less stressful for us. The negatives on the trip we encountered were mostly unavoidable, i.e., massive crowds of tourists that delayed tours despite the no waiting in lines tickets. My advice would be to arrange for private one-on-one tour guides if you can afford it. Luana also made herself available when needed and was very responsive to my many emails.
