We had no problems with language, and all the arrangements - lodging, guides, drivers, train tickets - they made for us were without problems. We were provided with thorough instructions. The guides we had were better than excellent - with the exception of a gentleman guide we had for our Milan tour. He seemed as he though wanted to be ANYWHERE but where he was - with us! I would highly recommend your company to others. The one on one tours are absolutely the way to go. Florence, Pompeii, Venice are three of the several tours we've taken that will be remembered always!

Cultural Italy organized the absolute… Cultural Italy organized the absolute BEST travel experience for my husband and I last December as we traveled through London, Paris, Florence, Rome, and Venice. Every step of the way was planned down to the smallest detail. Arriving and departing the airport was with ease along with knowledgeable tour guides in EVERY major city we explored. Good at following instructions I had an excellent, memorable trip. I provided the agency with my travel requirements and they faithfully implemented them. At one place I asked them to make hotel arrangements. They chose a nice place where one had to also eat breakfast and dinner greatly limiting our meal choices. I did not like this at all. The lesson I had learned is that I need to do my research thoroughly and give it to them. Best not to rely on them if you have very particular expectations and needs. Overall, I was satisfied. They also need to improve their payment by credit card arrangements which was cumbersome.
