I was very happy with Roberta from… I was very happy with Roberta from Cultural Italy who helped us have a seemless and fabulous Italy vacation with my family. She arranged all of our tours, transfers and train tickets. I took care of our accommodations, hence the 4 stars, but I have, and will, recommend this company to anyone looking to arrange their Italy vacation.

An unforgettable trip! My friend and I decided to do a girl’s trip to Italy and started to do some research online. After answering a few questions and briefly describing what we were looking to do, we were contacted by our travel designer Martina. After one or two quick email exchanges she came back to us with a draft itinerary. We had one change...add another day!! She did a fantastic job planning out our itinerary. The hotels and location were perfect as were the balance of the days and activities. We hiked the Cinque Terre, had a private wine tasting and took a cooking class which were all awesome! Our trip was amazing, we cannot say enough about how wonderful everything was!

Customized tour of Italy Roberta was an excellent agent. She helped plan 14 days in Italy for our family tour group of 18 persons - excursions were planned for each day. All coordination was spot on as planned and described. The selected tour guides and coach drivers ranged from good to excellent - most were excellent. I will single out one particular driver who went above and beyond. For family history reasons we scheduled a day trip from Bologna to Cento. Nothing was easy and there was very little tourism infrastructure. Our driver whom I knew only as Massimo spoke some English and he became our interpreter, tour guide and advocate so that we could see all the family landmarks. With Massimo’s help,!that day was as special as we’d hoped it would be. Accommodations were typically good. The booking was not very transparent so I cannot claim the accommodations were worth what we paid. On a few occasions the preselected rooms were not available when we arrived, in these cases the hotel management would upgrade us.

Fiorella and team organization an… Fiorella and team organization an amazing trip to Italy for my family. We toured across Venice, Florence, Tuscany, Rome, Cinque Terre and Naples. Our itinerary consisted of stopping at major site seeing spots (e.g. Pompeii, Tower of Pisa etc) and visiting off-the-beaten path smaller quaint villages (e.g. San Gimignano, Monterosso etc). The team ensured our travel between destinations was seamless, tickets to events were prearrange so we could skip the long lines and that our visit was filled with memorable moments such as a pasta cooking class, wine tasting etc. Cultural Italy helped us create a once in a lifetime experience that created amazing memories for my family.

Loved the custom itinerary We cannot be more pleased with our 16-day tour arranged by Pia Accardo of Cultural Italy. Through several phone calls Pia learned what we like and dislike, the things we wanted to see and do, our physical limitations, and the budget we had for hotels, etc. The private tours, guides, and drivers that she lined up were delightful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Pia is an expert on Italy and she takes great care in designing an itinerary to fit your needs. You will not be disappointed in working with her.
